Error bodies look like:

| Code / name | When |
|-------------|------|
| 401 `unauthorized` | Missing or invalid key |
| 404 `not_found` | Missing resource |
| 422 | Validation / batch too large |
| 429 `daily_limit` / `monthly_limit` | Quota exceeded |
| 429 / pause | Account paused for abuse |

Handle 429 with backoff and read rate-limit headers.
